Nonwoven fabric is the new generation of environmental material, with features of breathable, flexible, non-combustion, non-toxic, non-irritating and colorful. It can be naturally decomposition when place it outside. It is non-toxic and no smell during burning, no remnants, no pollution, thus, it is environmentally friendly products.
Spunlace nonwoven is made by 100% polyester (PET) with irregular cross-woven. The fibers are combined by high-pressure and micro-fine water spraying to one or more layers of fiber, making it more solid. Soft surface, the fiber will not fall off when friction. It usually uses as a laser or ultrasonic to edge sealing.
Use: medical products, environmental bags, dust-proof clothing, electronic products packaging...

Microfiber material |

It refers to the micro fiber of diameter 0.4mu and the fibrousness is only 1/10 of silk, it is special wedge-shaped cross-section. It can effectively capture small dust particles by wiping the surface. The feathers are long life, good water absorbent, less dust falling, de-oiling, good dirt removal and do not leave lint. It can be used not only for LCD, wafer, PCB, digital camera lens, films, CDs and other high-tech products without leaving the dust particles, but also to adsorb liquid and dust to achieve the cleaning effect.
The material contents are 80% polyester and 20% nylon, those can make our products very soft. These materials become microfibers after the process of fission and decomposition. The diameter of a microfiber is just about 1/200 of a hair. The absorbency is twice to cotton. You can clean surface completely by just wiping gently over the surface. |
